The Declaration of Freedom
Preamble

Every generation’s duty is to tend the sacred fire of Liberty. If the foundations of our Freedoms be destroyed, what can The People do? If past abuses, usurpations, treachery and treason led to Revolution, may the peaceful civil structures our Founders have established, atrophied as they are, now awaken and secure our Freedoms in this Age. The enemies of Liberty have sown their seeds among the good & righteous seed our Founders planted and, in our time, we now can see the greening of the wheat and chaff. We confess to Our Creator that our will and courage faltered and we repent of our slothful, careless stewardship of this glorious and undeserved gift of Freedom. We have bought and sold, planted and built, preoccupied with self, oblivious to where the eagles gather, where the most courageous ones among us tried to lead us. We intend to stand, and no longer waver, for we acknowledge that a double-minded nation is unstable in its ways—and cannot bear the unequivocal demands of Freedom.

All truth about the nature of humanity is revealed most fully in a free society and this alone provides the truest basis for the governance of human life through law. While circumstances may exert their influence upon the human person, and though the merciful may intervene, the center of a free society is and ever must remain free will—that every person is responsible for choosing good or ill, for doing what will liberate them from their plight or not. What we establish must ensure an open path exists, from the lowest station to the highest, with ready opportunity to take the steps along that path. Wealth in all its forms must correspond to human choices; it must be earned, not redistributed. All that we would hope to be revealed of the soul and character and Image Divine in every human person, all the highest forms of good and beauty we would realize, depend upon this Freedom for their birth and impetus and life on earth.

Introduction to The Declaration of Freedom for the DoF website:

The Declaration of Freedom is written out of a spirit of prayer and the humility that must accompany the creation of any great work of the people.  The Declaration of Freedom is a work of you, The People.  Without you, The Declaration of Freedom is full of sound and fury but it leads to none of the changes it demands that would save America.  We need you, as The Founding Fathers needed all men and women of courage and good will, in their time.

Please sign in and supply us with your contact information.  It is our promise and commitment to you that we will not sell or give away or make available to any organization your contact info—except for the organizations who will be specifically designated by V4A to roll out the campaign in each state promoting The Declaration of Freedom—and these state-based organizations will be bound to the same obligation to protect your privacy.

Our organization does not answer enquiries from the press or general public, at this time, because our time focus is upon the highly-demanding intellectual work necessary to faithfully execute our Calling to this great work.  We are average citizens and prefer not to be in the spotlight and enjoy our quiet & peaceful home lives.  However, we believe that the humble prayers of any man or woman determined to do what is right & true avails much.
